Nature Photography Workshop

Last weekend saw our first nature photography workshop, with two amateur photography enthusiasts and tutoring from Catalan photographer Bernat Rueda. The mission was to document the (late) arrival of spring at Boodaville.

“i was surprised by how many of the pictures were out of focus! we waited until later in the day to get good light on the olive terraces and i could hardly see the screen on the digital camera I was using. Bernat helped me crop some pictures and taught me about using  thirds in the composition of the picture. I’ve put the best photos first, but have included all the pictures because they are a nice record of the flowers growing at Boodaville. It was a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon in the sunshine, and wonderful to spend time just looking at and appreciating the variation of colours and flora.”

Yay – nature photography workshops at Boodaville with Bernat look so much fun. Will there be more in the Summer?
